First Joint Group general trading and contracting company W L.L was established in 1998.with 100,000 K.D Capital, from that time the company passed wide steps in many fields, and had signed many contracts, which appear the importance of the Ministry of interior who connected with in different fields.

The First Joint Group is considered as the only company in Kuwait in the filed of supplying installing, operating and maintaining speed cameras, light signals and mobile cameras.

The Group is the exclusive agent of robot- Germany, a company specialized in the manufacturing of these types of cameras.




Traffic monitoring cameras management and operation project in the State of Kuwait.

This project started in 2000, through a tender with the Ministry of Interior, to supply them with light signal and speed cameras.

In 2001 and 2003 , the number of cameras was increased according to the request of the Ministry of Interior.

- 8 Verbal Messaging System (LED)

- 1 Point to Point Monitoring System (18 Camera in 3 Locations)

3- Joint Operation - Chevron:

-1 Mobile Speed Camera Installed in cars

In 2008, digital cameras were added as a more advanced system in photography and clarity of the image, as part of the plan for development of the project.

The First Joint Group installs cameras at the locations specified by the General Traffic Department, as well as installing cameras in cars.




To control the lack of traffic discipline among a number of car drivers.

Intensive monitoring of the streets and taking all the security measures to control traffic accidents through establishing discipline in the street by speed and light signal cameras.

Reducing accidents causing injuries and deaths

And inevitably to achieve one goal, which placing the State of Kuwait on the list of the first ten countries in secure driving worldwide.



In 2000, the company supplied 30 manual laser radar systems to the General Traffic Department, used by the Patrols Department. Further, it has engaged in an annual maintenance contract for these systems, upon completion of the warranty period granted to the General Traffic Department, based on the concern of the company to boost the relationship of the Ministry of Interior's General Traffic Department.
